Angelo Palumbo was born in Matera and educated in both Pescara and Florence. He began his professional career in 1995, collaborating with fanzines in Florence. He worked as an assistant at StudioNet where he learnt Architecture, Macro & Still life photo shooting.
In 1998 he won a scholarship at the TPW where he attended a nude photography course taught by the American photographer Andrea Modica.
In the year 2000, he was selected as the winner of the photo contest “Foto Festival Portfolio in Piazza” (Savignano Immagine) in the category for new photographers.
He specialized in fashion and wedding photography, trying to pay particular attention to the social dynamics of civil weddings.
He generally works between Florence and Milan.
He has being collaborating with both national and international press while still keeping his T4 and snapshot portfolio.
In his original way of capturing images, he gives particular importance to the details and diversity of daily life, which made him a successful photographer in the field of both weddings and communication.
